It was the final day of competition in the International Surfing Championships. After two rounds, I was in second place, and covered in seaweed and red tide.

As I waited on my board in the final round, a massive wave approached. I got ready to ride that wave to victory...

But I'm too much of a pussy. I let the wave go by and took my silver medal.

The challenge was to take the top 3 most emailed photos on yahoo and create a hopefully amusing story about the sequence. I reserve the right to refuse a disturbing picture, this includes any pictures of celine dion.
