The begining of August marks the start of the mateing season for some of our tan and fuzzy cousins. The males rely heavily on body language and hidden signals to gague the female's interest.

Each male displays a set of flashy antlers to impress the females with his health and virility. Each year as he grows older he will sprout a more and more massive display of unweildy bone.

The females of the species usualy rely on more subtile signals to advertise their health and fertility, such as their coloring and accessories.

The challenge was to take the top 3 most emailed photos on yahoo and create a hopefully amusing story about the sequence. I reserve the right to refuse a disturbing picture, this includes any pictures of celine dion.
