Watch out the tax men are about, on the gouge.

They're not after the fat cats. Oh no. Their tax has dropped from 35% to 33.

But me, I have nothing.

I sold my fluffy dog Toto to the Taiwanese chef, so I could pay my bill.

I did my taxes last night... OUCH! Glad to know my money is going towards the "Find a Brain for Bush Fund" and the "Schwarzenegger Grope Foundation".

<obtuse> My only comment is that the dog in the 3rd caption could be interpreted as a puffball on human legs.
<Kumiho> I really enjoy how the county I live in has raised taxes for school and then spent $1500 (per cutter) on 14 pizza cutters that they now don't use because they're 'too dangerous'.
<3Suns> $1500 pizza cutters?
Those better be dangerous, for that price.
<Jmofwiw> Those chainsaw pizza cutters are fast, yes. But they tend to fling pepperoni across the room and the cheese gets all twisted up on the cogs.
<Mort> I really hope they paid $1500 for this pizza cutter:

Anything else wouldn't be worth the money.

<ajiav> I did not know about Muslim soda until today...
<Jmofwiw> I wonder if it might have been the riding pizza cutter? Are these gas or pedal power? ...PizzaBike.notlong.co...
<apple juice is a verb> You don't really expect the elite would allow pizza cutters of the lower classes to touch their food, do you?

Why, next thing you know the common folk might expect the wealthy to pay taxes, too!!...harumph!

<Mort> The real question to answer is:

Can we caption fast enough for this set of updating images?

...adcott.net...

The most recently posted live journal images.

<ajiav> when i clicked the lj images, i got this old family circus comic that sort of shatters what i thought i knew about family circus:
<ajiav> not that i claim much familiarity with family circus, i just thought it was all "grandpa's in heaven" and kids mugging cute and leaving dotted trails.
<guyPaulo> Did anyone else ever see the old "Dysfunctional Family Circus" web comic? It was pretty funny. Basically, the web guy put up the Family Circus drawing and people re-wrote the caption with the most vulgar stuff you could imagine. I mean like incest, drugs, murder, etc....

The real "Family Circus" guy had the site shut down some time ago.

<obtuse> ...www.negcap.com...
<3Suns> If anyone can come close to the raw captioning power required for that task, it's us!
<3Suns> The same guy (Greg Galcik) who ran the Dysfunctional Family Circus has been running ...www.spinnwebe.co... for a long time. There's a pretty cool captioning community there called A1-AAA formerly "It's a Dysfunctional Life". I used to visit that site all the time a couple years ago, but I stopped for no particular reason, probably finals or something.
<Kumiho> Wrong sort of pizza cutter, 3Suns. more like a gulletine that makes precise equal slices so the school won't get sued for pizza slice discrimination.
<Kumiho> I am not making this up, although I wish I were.
<3Suns> Fourteen of them? What, do they have them next to all the vending machines or something? No wonder there are safety issues!
