Description

The challenge was to take the top 3 most emailed photos on yahoo and create a hopefully amusing story about the sequence. I reserve the right to refuse a disturbing picture, this includes any pictures of celine dion.

I love washed out Celebrities. I also love putting 'Nashville PD' into the copyright field.

<Mort> I was going to make an archive section, but then someone asked for a vote guide page. So I did that instead. Enjoy.

<guyPaulo> Do you really need an archive anyway? Can't people just browse through the old captions with the navigation you have now? Or is the size of the site growing too large with the current format?

<Mort> There are 141 days worth of captions currently. Which is a fair few clicks on the ol' mouse.

Finding that one funny caption you wrote in August takes a long time, unless you are intelligent enough to workout how my urls work.
Or a new person who didn't have time to browse the whole archive in one sitting and wants to get back to where they left off.
I also need to write the archive code for a couple of other webcomics.

<Mort> I have no clue, the site has been on Google for months. It's number 4 on the list for "emailed" and number 1 for "most emailed photos".

Another idea for you dude. How about each 'entry' has a base rank of 5. Each vote can raise or lower it. Min of 0, max of 10, can't vote for your own :P Then you could sort the drop-down list via score.

<Mort> Yes I was thinking of doing that at the beginning. I might still switch to that method later if I ever have to change the site to operate on it's own.
