<Carol> Actually wouldn't it be easier to go up from below the sternum, can you locate the xyphoid process?
<Lauren> Carol, it depends on whether you want to expose the heart or just stab it, I think. Although if you don't aim properly and hit a rib, you could hurt your hand.
