I'll never forget that winter when I fell in love. In December the world looked a lot like this snapshot I took with my disposable camera. |

Then, she came along. She had that look in her one good eye. The look I see staring back at me at the bank when I look through the 3 inch thick bullet-proof glass at the guy who will not return my service fee even though he clearly knows it's the right thing to do. But she only had half of that look, due to the whole...one eye thing...which made it difficult to talk about in the first place. I mean...how could I ever bring that up, anyway. Especially while we were having wild passionate sex...and farting wildly. The candles in the bedroom went wild and the room caught on fire. Our love was that hot. |

By the middle of February I was seeing the world in a different way. I could see shades of colors and everything just seemed so much more complex than before, even though it was me who had changed...not the world that had changed. I saw everything differently after that. Also, I was going blind from they syphillus...but that's another story. So perhaps we can cover that next time. |
