Spring brings renewal, and as one of those gym going types I can assert that it also means the sluffing off of all those holiday pounds.

Spring is also a time of making new friends - this year I hope to make some VERY good friends with those cuties from Yoga class.

Spring is also a time to give up yuckie habits. I mean it dear, put the f***ing cigar down!
