It's true, Schwarzenegger's bluntness does take some Californians aback.

As part of his plan to audit the budget, he has vowed to place fluorescent serial numbers on bills to "find out which people are stealing our money."

Some welcome his decision to "play the game in a new way." Others say his depiction of the economy is simply insulting.
