For years, scientists have been puzzled about how prehistoric humans would locate their mates, with things being so spread out in the African savannah.

Recently the theory has been proposed that males would locate females by smelling their powerful pheromones. This is one artist's representation of the homo erectus neural homunculus.

Some anthropologists believe that a woman, once finding a mate, would cripple his sense of smell, thus claiming him for her own. This could be the origin of the term "getting hitched".

Description

The challenge was to take the top 3 most emailed photos on yahoo and create a hopefully amusing story about the sequence. I reserve the right to refuse a disturbing picture, this includes any pictures of celine dion.
