Back from the internet desert. I didn't know that such a place existed in the modern world, so detached from everything I hold important. I was dis (net) connected, dis (fast food) franchised and dis (movie magic) illusioned. Even my holistic, in touch with nature mother-in-law, asked me why the internet was not working on my laptop.
