Mmm Turducken!
I have found the best new web comic out there! It's called Patches and it is so quirky and clever that you will soon be seeing it everywhere. On birthday cards, on hamster food, on bus stop walls, on TRL, on perhaps even your underpants!

<yoyology> I like it. It reminds me a bit of Achewood. Plus, I had a dog named Patches when I was a kid. |

<yoyology> Mort: What I like about the rating thing is that I can easily check the drop-down and see if anyone's commented since I last checked. |
|
<Mort> I'm glad you like Patches, I think it's pretty brilliant. I love Achewood also, especially the current story line. The ratings will disappear today, but the comment count will stay. |

<yoyology> You might want to take a look at ...linkfilter.net... I used to spend a lot of time there. They have separate options for commenting and rating. I don't know how well the code will translate, but it might be worth a look. The other nice thing is that the comments are attributed, but ratings are anonymous. |

<Carol> Thank you Mort! May I say, I would have picked a higher rating for my comment on TJ Eckleburg's on 11/20 if I knew it was going to be part of a numeric rating (I just liked that monkey picture and description). Okay, I'll be quiet now and try to keep out of trouble. |

<David Byrden> Well, that is singularly the most disgusting first caption so far. |
