In San Diego, the high cost of housing has forced the poor into dangerous shantytowns which aren't even built on solid ground.

The sun, drenched in thick smoke, looms darkly over these poverty-stricken individuals.

But once the big fires die out, it might be what you call "fun in the sun".

Description

The challenge was to take the top 3 most emailed photos on yahoo and create a hopefully amusing story about the sequence. I reserve the right to refuse a disturbing picture, this includes any pictures of celine dion.
