Description

The challenge was to take the top 3 most emailed photos on yahoo and create a hopefully amusing story about the sequence. I reserve the right to refuse a disturbing picture, this includes any pictures of celine dion.

<Mort> Hah! I was wondering who was going to make the first reference to the suspect shape in the shadow.
<Lauren> Mort, living in Philadelphia where we have a statue of William Penn holding a scroll at a very suggestive angle standing atop our City Hall, looking as if he is doing it to the entire town from several prominant vantage points, I could not help noticing the similarity. Has anyone else been to Philly and seen our founder's pose from the Parkway?
