We at Plastic Surgery Supply Co. would like to illustrate the many uses of the silicon sphere. It can be used for breast jobs.

It can be used in ass or thigh jobs. The fellow in the blue shirt has just a slightly smaller model of the silicon sphere than the woman in the previous photo.

It is the exact same model of silicon sphere that we inserted in this woman's chest. Can you now appreciate what a great product we're offering?

The challenge was to take the top 3 most emailed photos on yahoo and create a hopefully amusing story about the sequence. I reserve the right to refuse a disturbing picture, this includes any pictures of celine dion.
