The challenge was to take the top 3 most emailed photos on yahoo and create a hopefully amusing story about the sequence. I reserve the right to refuse a disturbing picture, this includes any pictures of celine dion. Please feel free to add alternative captions if you can or comments if you can't. All rights to the photos belong to the companies in brackets beneath them. All text, concepts and layout is copyright Mort 2003-2007. |

Now I know most of you might not understand this caption, but I couldn't resist doing a tribute to one of the best comics in the history of everything, one of the true founders of webcomics: POKEY THE PENGUIN |

| <Axolotl> Does this mean we can use the strikeout tag too? :) | ||
| <Mort> Yes I just | ||
| <yoyology> Bug report: On an archive day, clicking the arrows to move forward or backward in the alternative list takes one to the corresponding alternative number on the current day. | ||
| <Luminaire> Is anyone else wondering how the Santa hat on that beluga's head stays dry? | ||
| <yoyology> His flippers are superglued to the glass so he can't duck his head. | ||
| <TJ Eckleburg> I need a good underwater glue - do you know what they're using? | ||
| <yoyology> I'm not sure, but according to ...www.underwaterglue.com... "Do it Wet, Do it Cold! Mr. Sticky'sŪ will Cure and Hold" | ||
| <mypalmike> I want to poke the penguin congratulate you on a fine caption. | ||
| <mypalmike> Hmm. The strike tag didn't work there... | ||
| <Mort> I fixed the rather wicked retarded navigation bug. The strike tag only comes out to play when you put "s" in the tag and not the normal html "strike". I couldn't be bothered to workout how to do it in php's bastardation of regex late last night. I wasn't sure how many of you actually know about POKEY, but I thought that introducing one new person would be worth a few confused people. | ||
| <yoyology> I do not appear to have the Pokey Gene. | ||

| <spam> haha i just wanted to try | ||
