After a very public argument at Oprah's 50th birthday party, over who had ripped off the most middle-aged women this year, "Dr." Phil was found knifed to death on Hollywood Blvd.

(Police still do not know where the moped came from.)

Police this morning arrested Oprah at her $30 million Santa Barbara "Fairyland" estate on murder charges.

Oprah refused to comment to the press after her bail hearing.
