Description

The challenge was to take the top 3 most emailed photos on yahoo and create a hopefully amusing story about the sequence. I reserve the right to refuse a disturbing picture, this includes any pictures of celine dion.

<ElvisThePelvis> I think it says, thou shalt not kill...it wasn't real specific about what we shall not kill...I mean does this extend to bacteria, single cell organisms, where is the line?
<Bavid Dyrden> But wtf does it mean by "kill"? Different translators read it differently - e.g. lots of Christians think the death penalty is OK.
Same thing for gays. Many scholars say a standard homosexual relationship is NOT explicitly forbidden anywhere. Some say Christ healed the gay lover of a Roman soldier. Depends on the translator!
If this book was written by Almighty God, he's one vague unhelpful sonofabitch.
<Quint> I believe the translation is said to be wrong and it isn't "kill" but "murder". But it still doesn't clearify the issue about abortion.
And people will always read the Bible the way they want to read it.
