Under my rule, cat owners will be issued rubber claw-caps to put on their pets, to keep them from destroying others' furniture.

People with gastrointestinal issues will be sent to live on "gas giant" planets where they belong.

And smokers will be forced to satisfy their habit inside specially-marked ashtrays.

Description

The challenge was to take the top 3 most emailed photos on yahoo and create a hopefully amusing story about the sequence. I reserve the right to refuse a disturbing picture, this includes any pictures of celine dion.
