Constipation is never in vogue. But you're not alone; even pretty people have trouble pooping. Some try to relieve the pressure with the Heimlich maneuver.

Numerous homegrown remedies abound, some of which are too dangerous to ever attempt. Some desperate sufferers even try to shoehorn the blockage out.

The best and safest cure for constipation is lots and lots of beans.

The challenge was to take the top 3 most emailed photos on yahoo and create a hopefully amusing story about the sequence. I reserve the right to refuse a disturbing picture, this includes any pictures of celine dion.
