Man I am soooo glad that the doctors could remove my elephantitis infested right testicle. My back was aching from carrying around that bulky ball.

It was embarassing to be seen dragging my giant nut around town. Even my dog went incognito to avoid the stigma of my humongous huevos.

Since I have removed my noteworthy nad, I no longer look like I have a little pecker either! Sadly, I am still looking for a use for my streched out scrotum.

The challenge was to take the top 3 most emailed photos on yahoo and create a hopefully amusing story about the sequence. I reserve the right to refuse a disturbing picture, this includes any pictures of celine dion.
